Below are some common questions about DVD Slide Shows or our Photo to Video service.


Can I add music to my slide show?
   You will need to provide the music that you want to have on the CD or DVD.

Can I have text added to my pictures inside the slide show?
Yes. We can add text or comments to any of the photos in your show. This is called titling, there is an additional fee.

How long will each slide be shown for?
You specify the length of time to show each slide. We recommend 5 seconds.

What is included with my slide show?
Software for viewing, emailing, and printing your slides on your computer, a copy of all scanned images in JPEG format for use with your computer and for reprints. Last but not least your slide show in DVD format, complete with music and menus.

Will my slide show DVD have a menu?
Yes. Your slide show will have a menu. On the menu you will have the option to play the show, and a submenu to view your pictures one at a time using your DVD players remote control.

Can I use my slide show with my computer?
Yes, if your computer has a DVD-Rom installed.

Will my DVD play in my DVD player?
Over 95% of all DVD players on the market support the DVD-R format. Your player must support this format. Click here for a detailed list of players. If you receive your DVD and it does not work with your player, we will refund the cost of your order provided you ship the DVD back to us. If you purchased your player in the last 2 to 3 years it should support this format.
